Ollie Order PRIVACY POLICY

This is the privacy policy of Ollie Order Inc(the “Company”) and governs use of personal information by the Company, whether such information is collected via our website ollieorder.com (“Website”), our mobile app (“App”) or otherwise. To make this policy easier to read, we refer to the Website and the App and any other platforms or access to the services provided by Ollie Order under the Terms of Service and the Order, as the "Services". 

This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service on  our website and all capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto under the Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information we obtain from you in your use of the Website, the App and the steps we take to secure that Personal Information. This Privacy Policy also explains how we can be contacted if a question arises about our privacy practices. The Company will not collect, use or disclose your Personal Information in a way that is incompatible with applicable federal or provincial legislation or this Privacy Policy. In this Privacy Policy, the terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to the Company. In this Agreement, the terms "you", "user", and "your" refer to you as a subscriber of the Services or as a visitor of the Website or user of the App.  


By submitting Personal Information to us, you hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  

If you do not agree with some or all of this Privacy Policy and are not of the age of majority in your province of residence, please do not use the Website or our services.

We recommend that you take the time to read this Privacy Policy so that you understand how we handle Personal Information. This Privacy Policy may also change. We will include a "last revised" date on the Privacy Policy as displayed on the Website and in the App. We strongly encourage you to refer back to the Privacy Policy periodically.

  1. Collection of Data/Personal Information
  1. When you subscribe to the Services, Ollie Order will collect some Personal Information about you such a but not limited to:
  • your full name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address;
  • your Ollie Order access credentials which are assigned to you upon subscription to the Services;
  • your IP Address;
  • your billing address and any necessary information to complete any financial transaction, including without limitation, your credit card information;
  • information we may receive relating to communications you send to us, such as queries, comments, or Feedback;
  • your Customer Data (defined in the Terms of Service) including, without limitation: an Authorized User's (defined in the Terms of Service) login history and any actions taken by such Authorized User while accessing the Services.

In addition to above, When you use our Website, a cookie may be placed within the memory of your internet access device.  A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can store via your internet access device for later retrieval.   • to identify you when you login to your account;
  • to enable us to operate the Services and provide them to you;
  • to verify your transactions;
  • to contact you about your account and provide customer services support or other services set forth in the Order;
  • to keep you informed about the Services;
  • to sell or market the Services to you;
  • to keep the Services safe and secure;
  • to improve the services;
  • other reasons not yet contemplated;
  1. We may also use the Data for such other purposes as may be introduced to this Privacy Policy from time to time upon notice being given to you.  For greater certainty, you hereby agree that sufficient notice includes making the Privacy Policy available on the Website or the App.

  1. Ollie Order discloses Personal Information gathered via the Services to third parties in order to deliver services, improve the services and earn revenue.

  2. where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to court orders or legal process, or to establish, protect, or  exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims or demands;
  3. if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving threats to the rights, property or personal safety of any person;
  4. when we determine it is required to provide the services to you;

Additionally, Ollie Order reserves the right to disclose and to transfer the Data to a third party in the event of a proposed or actual purchase, sale, merger, amalgamation, or any other type of acquisition, disposition or financing of all or any portion of Ollie Order or any of the assets or shares of Ollie Order, provided that the third party represents that it will continue to use the information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any Personal Information in our custody is accurate and up to date for the purposes for which the Personal Information is to be used by the Company.  In most instances, we rely on users of the Services to notify us of any changes to their Personal Information provided by them.

Ollie Order retains your Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as, delivering the service, improving the service, collecting statistics  complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes or enforcing the Terms of Service.
  2. In certain circumstances, certain personal information may need to be retained by Ollie Order for a period of time following the cancellation of your account where this is necessary for our legitimate business purposes or required or authorized by applicable law.

Ollie Order follows industry best practices and standards to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access or disclosure.  Only staff and service providers who have a legitimate business purpose for accessing the Data collected by us are authorized to do so.  Unauthorized use of the Data by anyone affiliated with Ollie Order is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action.

You and you alone are responsible for ensuring that you do not disclose your account access information to third parties.  This includes but is not limited to not disclosing such information to anyone, ensuring that sufficient security software is installed and running on your computer, smartphone or tablet, that your  network firewall is of sufficient quality and that your wireless connection is encrypted to a degree that will prevent third party access. Ollie Order is not responsible for any failure by you to secure your own device and its access to the Internet or your use of public, unsecured networks.  Ollie Order is also not responsible for any failure by you to eliminate malware. These failures and other can make you vulnerable to privacy breaches and would put you and your Data at risk.

  1. By using any of the Services, or submitting or collecting any Data via the Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of the Data in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the use of the Data, please stop using the Services.
